Chanel Client Marketing Assistant Internship

- Participate in the optimization of boutique results and operations.
- Assist in the management of the client loyalty program, including vendor follow-ups and integration of new clients.
- Prepare and animate clienteling workshops.
- Conduct client analysis, including segmentation and top client identification.
- Manage and track client gift orders and inventory.
- Prepare team briefs and marketing activity updates.
- Analyze mystery shopper visits and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Manage digital tools for vendors and clients, ensuring updates and feedback collection.
- Support event organization, including vendor coordination, invitation management, and budget tracking.
- Collect qualitative client feedback post-events and analyze event ROI.
- Enrollment in a business school or university program.
- Previous experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Dynamic and rigorous approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to various tasks.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
A first experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
