1. Participate in the optimization of boutique results and operations.
2. Assist in the management of the customer loyalty program, including vendor follow-ups and new client integration.
3. Conduct client analysis and segmentation, focusing on top clients.
4. Manage and track client gift orders and stock.
5. Oversee and update digital tools for vendors and clients, such as iPads and iPhones.
6. Prepare team briefs and marketing activity meetings.
7. Conduct competitive analysis on customer experience.
8. Support event organization and execution, including vendor follow-ups and invitation management.
9. Gather qualitative client feedback from vendors.

1. Enrollment in a business school or university program.
2. Previous experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM.

4. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Proficient in IT tools.

Previous experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM is required.

Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.

Interns will receive an integration program including training on the history and products of Chanel, opportunities to deepen retail knowledge, and develop communication skills across various European services.
