- Participate in the optimization of boutique results and operations.
- Support the customer loyalty program, including vendor follow-ups and performance tracking.
- Conduct client analysis and manage customer databases.
- Handle and track customer gift orders and stock.
- Manage digital tools for vendors and clients, including updates and feedback collection.
- Assist in preparing team briefs and marketing activity meetings.
- Conduct competitive analysis on customer experience.
- Support event organization and execution, including vendor follow-ups and attendance tracking.
- Collect qualitative feedback from clients through vendors.

- First experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM.
- Interest in fashion and retail industry.
