1. Support the implementation of new product launches in the Scandinavian region, adhering to global guidelines and regional priorities.
2. Assist in visual merchandising tasks, including visual updates, production of merchandising elements, in-store merchandising, and competitor analysis.
3. Maintain consistent communication with Fragrance & Beauty Boutique staff to service visual merchandising needs.
4. Assist in organizing and executing local marketing projects, such as trade activations, events, and boutique openings.
5. Monitor and follow up on all assigned projects proactively.

1. Pursuing or holding a BA or MA degree in Marketing or Business.
2. Excellent communication and writing skills in English and one Scandinavian language.

1. Analytical mindset with strong analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
4. Well-organized with the ability to self-manage projects and meet deadlines.
5. Open-minded team player with a commercial mindset.

No specific prior experience required, but a commercial mindset and understanding of marketing and sales principles are essential.

Pursuing or holding a BA or MA degree in Marketing or Business.
