Chanel Marketing and Product Assistant Intern

The team in France serves as a powerful retail ambassador, managing a highly selective distribution network that highlights each collection's distinctiveness.
- Coordinate communication campaigns (mailings and EDM) with CRM Europe, IT Data Europe, and routing teams.
- Ensure the integrity of client assets (BAT), targeting, and client listings per boutique.
- Consolidate client actions in synergy with Fashion and Fragrance-Beauty divisions.
- Deliver assets across four distribution networks: Horlogerie-Joaillerie, Fashion, Fragrance-Beauty, and Wholesale.
- Analyze EDM/Mailing KPIs to provide targeting recommendations.
- Regularly audit boutique stocks of gifts and brochures.
- Assist in budget tracking, including vendor follow-ups and campaign closures.
- Manage digital communication with 36 wholesale retailers, including campaign transmission and asset management.
- Support the drafting of articles and order advertisements for retailer magazines.
- Analyze and consolidate post-operation KPIs to recommend social media and editorial strategies.
- Deploy and audit the application of graphic charters on retailer websites.
- Currently enrolled in a business school with a focus on Marketing Operations or Development.
- Previous experience in Marketing Operations or Development is advantageous.
- Interest in the luxury sector.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about the Horlogerie-Joaillerie market.
Prior experience in marketing operations or development is beneficial, particularly within the luxury sector.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
Interns will receive a comprehensive onboarding experience, including training on the brand's history and products, and opportunities to deepen retail knowledge and communication skills. Participation in events will allow interns to join a Young Talent Community and build a professional network.
