- Assist the Marketing and Communication Purchasing Manager in daily operations.
- Collaborate with operational teams to set up requests for proposals, draft specifications, and manage the tender process.
- Analyze bids, conduct negotiations, and manage contract finalization.
- Oversee supplier relationships, including commercial agreement monitoring and participation in semi-annual reviews.
- Manage an internal communication channel to update internal clients on supplier news.
- Conduct expenditure analysis and savings reporting using internal tools.
- Evaluate suppliers on financial, compliance, and CSR criteria.
- Support the implementation of Source to Pay solutions through data collection and analysis.
- Pursuing a higher education degree in business or engineering with a specialization in Purchasing (Master's level).
- Previous significant internship experience in Purchasing.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional setting.
- Autonomous with a strong adaptability capacity.
Previous significant internship experience in Purchasing is required.
Pursuing a Master's degree in business or engineering with a specialization in Purchasing.
