Chanel Market Intelligence Analyst

- Collect and ensure the accuracy and consistency of sell-out and inventory data from multiple sources.
- Prepare, validate, and format data for system upload, ensuring completeness and reliability.
- Coordinate with the IT team to manage daily uploads and resolve technical issues.
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports to support commercial and marketing strategies.
- Analyze product performance, campaign impact, inventory levels, and POS trends.
- Translate data into meaningful insights for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and IT to align on priorities.
- Share insights and respond to internal requests with tailored reports and analyses.
- Review and optimize workflows related to sell-out data and reporting processes.
- Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Support system enhancements to strengthen data integrity and operational agility.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, data science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, market intelligence, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with large data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and other reporting platforms.
- Experience managing and interpreting sell-out, inventory, or retail performance data.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Initiative to identify process gaps and propose solutions for efficiency.
- Continuous improvement mentality with a focus on quality, accuracy, and results.
2–4 years of experience in data analysis, market intelligence, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, data science, or a related field.
