1. Lead and develop a team of Boutique Directors across multiple states, focusing on creating a high-performance, brand-focused culture.
2. Recruit, coach, and develop Boutique Directors, building succession plans and elevating leadership capabilities.
3. Support Boutique Directors in recruiting, coaching, and developing boutique teams.
4. Conduct regular market visits to maintain visibility into operations and team development.
5. Partner with the Education team to execute training initiatives for retail teams.
6. Support the execution of client experience programs, ensuring brand standards are maintained.
7. Monitor key KPIs such as sales, traffic, and conversion to identify trends and opportunities.
8. Partner with Boutique Directors to implement business-driving strategies.
9. Support P&L management of boutique expenses and ensure operational excellence.
10. Assist in planning and execution of new store openings and events.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2. 7+ years of relevant experience
3. Prior leadership experience
4. Must possess a valid driver’s license

1. Strong analytical and communication skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
3. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
4. Understanding of, and passion for client experience
5. Foreign language skills preferred

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $133,000 through $167,700, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
