- Lead and develop a team of Boutique Directors across multiple states, focusing on creating a high-performance, brand-focused culture.
- Recruit, coach, and develop Boutique Directors, building appropriate succession plans.
- Support Boutique Directors in recruiting, coaching, and developing boutique teams.
- Conduct regular market visits to maintain visibility into operations and team development.
- Partner with the Education team to execute training initiatives for retail teams.
- Support the execution of client experience programs, services, and events.
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all locations.
- Monitor key KPIs such as sales, traffic, and conversion to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with Boutique Directors to implement business-driving strategies.
- Support P&L management of boutique expenses and ensure operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
- Understanding of and passion for client experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Foreign language skills preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $133,000 through $167,700, with potential for bonuses and other forms of variable pay.
