1. Assist market coordinators in Europe and USA with operational management of client portfolios.
2. Manage inter-boutique order redistributions and communicate delivery schedule updates.
3. Handle customer disputes and coordinate resolution actions with the distribution center.
4. Prepare and participate in monthly delivery meetings with markets.
5. Manage global intranet stock, including order processing, analysis, and promotion.
6. Oversee international transfers and monitor market events.
7. Work on continuous improvement of existing processes.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business school, either final year or during a gap year.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Proactive and dynamic with a strong service orientation.
4. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Anaplan is a plus.
5. Fluent in English and French.
