Chanel Market Coordination Assistant

- Support market coordinators in Europe and USA with operational management of client portfolios.
- Facilitate inter-boutique order redistributions and manage delivery schedule communications.
- Handle client disputes and coordinate resolution actions with the distribution center.
- Prepare and participate in monthly delivery meetings with market teams.
- Manage global intranet stock, including order processing, analysis, and promotion.
- Oversee international transfers and monitor market events.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School, preferably in the final year or during a gap year.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Anaplan is advantageous.
- Dynamic and service-oriented mindset.
Relevant experience in supply chain or market coordination is preferred, particularly within the luxury fashion sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School.
