Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate various projects within the manufacturing process, focusing on ergonomics and performance.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to propose, design, and implement innovative technical solutions to improve efficiency, safety, and ergonomics.
- Conduct impact studies in the change control process in collaboration with technical, quality, and safety services.
- Assist the Manufacturing Manager with daily tasks related to production anomaly management.
- Work closely with skincare manufacturing teams and support functions.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a relevant field.
- Preferably some experience or an internship in a production unit.
Skills
- Autonomous, creative, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
