1. Manage and coordinate various projects within the manufacturing process, focusing on ergonomics and performance.
2. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with teams to propose, design, and implement innovative technical solutions to enhance efficiency, safety, and workplace ergonomics.
4. Conduct impact studies in the change control process in collaboration with the technical, quality, and safety departments.
5. Assist the Manufacturing Manager with daily tasks related to managing production anomalies.
6. Work closely with skincare manufacturing teams and support functions to drive project success.

1. Engineering degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
2. Preferably, initial experience or an internship in a production unit.

1. Autonomous, creative, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2. Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.

Initial experience or internship in a production unit is preferred.

Engineering degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
