The division's industrial and supply teams are responsible for manufacturing and distributing Chanel's skincare, perfumes, and makeup globally, ensuring rapid industrialization of new products.

1. Manage and coordinate various projects within the manufacturing process, focusing on ergonomics and performance.
2. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with teams to propose, design, and implement innovative technical solutions to improve efficiency, safety, and ergonomics.
4. Conduct impact studies in the change control process in collaboration with technical, quality, and safety services.
5. Assist the Manufacturing Manager with daily tasks related to production anomaly management.
6. Work closely with skincare manufacturing teams and support functions.

1. Engineering degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a relevant field.
2. Preferably some experience or an internship in a production unit.

1. Autonomous, creative, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2. Ability to influence and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
