1. Lead the development and implementation of the European data protection program.
2. Identify data protection obligations and design training for European employees on data privacy issues.
3. Advise various teams on data privacy initiatives and conduct privacy impact assessments.
4. Collaborate with European regulatory authorities and act as the primary contact for data protection matters.
5. Guide project teams on privacy aspects related to customer relationship management, commercial initiatives, event organization, and HR projects.

1. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
2. Significant experience in drafting IT contracts is preferred.
3. Expertise in data protection laws, regulations, and standards, with recognized certification such as IAPP (CIPP/E and/or CIPM).

2. Resilience and agility in a complex matrix environment.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
4. Proficiency in managing regulatory affairs and engaging with data protection authorities.

8 to 10 years of experience in data privacy management, with a focus on European regulations.

Specialized studies in data protection laws and regulations.
