1. Lead the execution of core Human Resources processes within Fashion boutiques in the Northeast market.
2. Identify and implement specific people strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
3. Partner with Boutique Leadership Teams to develop leadership skills and drive performance.
4. Foster employee engagement by creating an inclusive culture and nurturing personal growth.
5. Conduct career discussions and support talent development and succession planning.
6. Guide the annual compensation and performance review process.
7. Analyze trends to inform decision-making related to diversity and well-being.
8. Manage recruitment processes, including forecasting hiring needs and driving internal mobility.
9. Resolve employee relations issues through effective investigations and consultations.
10. Ensure compliance with employment best practices and policies.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of core HR experience, preferably within a Retail/Wholesale environment.

1. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to use discretion and independent judgment.
3. Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday.
4. Detail-oriented with strong prioritization abilities.

A minimum of 5 years of core HR (HR Generalist) experience is required, ideally within a Retail/Wholesale environment.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,100 to $115,000, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks.
