- Lead the execution of core Human Resources processes within Fashion boutiques in the Northeast market.
- Identify and implement specific people strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
- Partner with Boutique Leadership Teams to develop leadership skills and drive performance.
- Foster employee engagement by creating an inclusive culture and nurturing personal growth.
- Conduct career discussions and support talent development and succession planning.
- Guide the annual compensation and performance review process.
- Analyze trends to inform decision-making related to diversity and well-being.
- Manage recruitment processes, including forecasting hiring needs and driving internal mobility.
- Resolve employee relations issues through effective investigations and consultations.
- Ensure compliance with employment best practices and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of core HR experience, preferably within a Retail/Wholesale environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to use discretion and independent judgment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization abilities.
A minimum of 5 years of core HR (HR Generalist) experience is required, ideally within a Retail/Wholesale environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,100 to $115,000, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks.
