Chanel Manager of People Operations

- Lead key People & Organization (P&O) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and compliance.
- Manage and deliver process improvements, driving HR project coordination across departments.
- Ensure the smooth operation of core P&O processes.
- Support the Global Corporate Client Group in delivering seamless HRA services across the employee lifecycle.
- Plan, execute, and complete critical P&O projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Implement scalable solutions, automation, and documentation to support organizational growth.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and scale P&O processes, implementing best practices and automation.
- Oversee data accuracy and consistency within Workday, conducting regular audits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and company policies.
- Act as a liaison between the People Ops team and other departments to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement by monitoring metrics and feedback.
- Collaborate with operational counterparts across P&O teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Support the Head of People Operations and Transformation on high-priority projects and strategic initiatives.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience in a global people organization preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail for data integrity and process documentation.
- Familiarity with global labor laws and data protection regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration.
3+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR, preferably in a global organization.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,100 - $115,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation, which may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
