Chanel Manager of Employee Relations

- Investigate and respond to employee issues and complaints, strategizing with P&O Business Partners on corrective actions and collaborating with managers for implementation.
- Conduct inquiries into internal claims of discrimination, harassment, and policy violations.
- Provide creative solutions to workplace issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Offer individual coaching on performance, misconduct, and policy adherence across all organizational levels.
- Provide on-call assistance to P&O leadership and managers, supporting discussions on performance, terminations, accommodations, and other complex issues.
- Interpret and update company policies as necessary, supporting the legal team in responding to legal inquiries and claims.
- Identify training needs on P&O policies and collaborate with learning and development teams to implement programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced Degree in HR or J.D. preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Proficiency in research and investigative techniques
- Ability to remain tactful and persuasive in confrontational situations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday
Minimum of 5 years in employee relations or a related field, with a preference for experience in retail environments.
Bachelor’s Degree
The anticipated base salary range is $69,000 to $115,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
