Chanel Manager, Inventory Planning

- Implement and refine advanced statistical forecasting models to enhance inventory management accuracy.
- Continuously assess and improve forecasting and replenishment processes with a focus on data-driven insights.
- Ensure proper stock allocation for new store openings and direct-to-consumer channels, adjusting strategies based on performance trends.
- Conduct weekly analysis of replenishment, sell-through, and stock coverage to identify risks and optimize inventory.
- Manage weekly replenishment for all Owned accounts and oversee inventory execution from pre-go live to post-go live stages.
- Improve stock accuracy through regular audits and data validation, optimizing product allocations and sales forecasts.
- Lead the integration of advanced inventory planning tools and systems, providing training on best practices.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on forecasting and inventory management goals.
- Act as a Change Champion, leading the adoption of new methodologies and tools to improve efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, focusing on key metrics.
- Support cross-functional project execution and key meetings, ensuring in-depth business analysis for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, or a related field.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and utilize data to propose strategic impacts.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and systems acumen.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations, specifically in Inventory Planning, Forecasting, Distribution, or Supply Chain. Experience with Anaplan is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, or a related field.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $115,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
