Chanel Manager, Creative Operations

- Lead day-to-day operations of the creative team and studio, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, lookbooks, shoots and product imagery.
- Manage project pipelines, production schedules and resource allocation across in-house teams and external agencies.
- Own budget planning and cost control for creative production, forecasting spend and reporting against financial targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Merchandising, Retail and Legal to align creative output with commercial and brand requirements.
- Develop and implement operational processes, asset-management practices and quality-control standards to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Select, negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors, production houses and creative agencies.
- Establish KPIs and produce regular performance and status reports for senior management.
- Mentor and line-manage junior operations staff, fostering professional development and operational excellence.
- Proven management experience (typically 5+ years) in creative operations, production or studio management within fashion, luxury goods, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrable experience overseeing production budgets, vendor negotiations and multi-stakeholder project delivery.
- Track record managing complex creative schedules and delivering high-quality creative assets on time and to brief.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.

Typically 5+ years of progressive responsibility in creative operations, production or studio management. Prior experience within the luxury fashion or premium lifestyle sector is strongly preferred, including managing external agencies and multi-million dollar production budgets.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Arts Management, Business, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
