Chanel Manager, Client Intelligence

- Design and implement data-driven initiatives to enhance client engagement within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) network.
- Deliver comprehensive client analytics to identify development opportunities and transform insights into actionable strategies.
- Lead the analysis of client behavior across omni-channel platforms to uncover growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on client behavior, key performance indicators, and segmentation trends.
- Support boutique management in utilizing client KPIs for coaching and action planning.
- Translate data insights into strategic recommendations to increase client loyalty and value.
- Manage the clienteling program for Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques, including targeting, execution, and performance measurement.
- Collaborate with the Client Engagement Team on strategy for client engagement initiatives.
- Design and optimize KPIs for program performance measurement and improvement.
- Contribute to CRM Tech Modernization and database management initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Business, or Economics; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client insights, data analytics, or CRM.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modeling and manipulation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Looker and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL or Python is advantageous.
5-8 years of experience in client insights, data analytics, or CRM, preferably within the luxury or global brand sector.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree is a plus.
The anticipated base salary range is $70,200 to $110,000, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and other incentives.
