Chanel Manager, Client Intelligence

- Lead retail relationship and manage client segmentation strategies for Northeast Boutiques, Ephemeral Boutiques, new boutique openings, and closures.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to enhance client engagement.
- Partner with Client Touchpoints and EDM teams to develop and execute segmentation strategies for direct mail and targeted EDM campaigns.
- Oversee all client intelligence activities related to the Distribution team, including PMA briefs, market visit decks, and key city strategies.
- Represent the Client Intelligence perspective on technology projects aimed at improving client experience and data quality.
- Manage the budget for the Strategy, Governance, and Client Intelligence team.
- Support Group Directors with client analyses and reports for Retail Leaders and Merchandising teams.
- Conduct strategic client analyses and create compelling presentations.
- 4+ years of experience in a data-driven role, preferably within luxury or global brands.
- Proven ability to synthesize and interpret large data sets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and data visualization software.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Time management and prioritization.
- Curiosity and comfort with ambiguity.
4+ years in a data-driven role, ideally within luxury or global brands.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 to $110,000, with potential for additional variable pay and bonuses.
