1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, delivering extraordinary experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Drive business growth by coaching and managing a diverse team, equipping the Boutique Director with critical business insights.
3. Spend time on the selling floor to coach and inspire the team to deliver an elevated client experience.
4. Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
5. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, focusing on Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
6. Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators and lessons learned.
7. Develop the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and social and seasonal events.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lb.
4. Flexible schedule with availability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $120,000. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
