1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, delivering extraordinary experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Drive business growth by coaching and managing a diverse team, equipping the Boutique Director with critical business insights.
3. Spend time on the selling floor to coach and inspire the team to deliver an elevated client experience.
4. Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
5. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, including Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
6. Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators and lessons learned.
7. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and social and seasonal events.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lb.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
6. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $121,800. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
