- Lead and manage the CHANEL & moi Les Ateliers team, ensuring alignment with regional and local aftersales teams.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for CHANEL & moi Les Ateliers in collaboration with fashion and watch & fine jewelry departments.
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members, fostering a culture of clarity, empathy, and purpose.
- Set objectives and drive team performance through regular feedback and reviews.
- Enhance customer service by supporting clients throughout the repair journey, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Handle complex customer situations with diplomacy to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate repair operations, ensuring quality control and adherence to Chanel's craftsmanship standards.
- Optimize operational processes and ensure the availability of necessary equipment and tools.
- Monitor product flows and consolidate repair-related data for analysis.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing within the team and with clients.
- Conduct performance analysis and report insights to Boutique Management and Fashion and WFJ Direction.
- Significant retail experience (at least 5-6 years) with management responsibilities.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on purpose-driven management.
- Strong understanding of fashion and product knowledge.
- Familiarity with aftersales processes is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a coaching mindset.
- Exceptional client experience focus and luxury service orientation.
- Ability to handle complex situations with diplomacy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solution-oriented mindset with analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in English and German.
A minimum of 5-6 years in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
