- Lead and manage the CHANEL & moi Les Ateliers team, ensuring alignment with regional and local aftersales teams.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for CHANEL & moi Les Ateliers in collaboration with fashion and watch & fine jewelry departments.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, fostering a culture of clarity, empathy, and purpose.
- Enhance customer service by supporting clients throughout the repair journey, ensuring personalized and proactive engagement.
- Handle complex customer situations with diplomacy, turning dissatisfaction into satisfaction.
- Coordinate repair operations, ensuring quality control and compliance with Chanel's standards.
- Optimize operational processes and ensure the availability of necessary equipment and tools.
- Monitor product flows and consolidate repair-related data for analysis and reporting.
- Act as an ambassador for Chanel's craftsmanship and service excellence, both internally and externally.
- Conduct performance analysis and share insights with boutique management and relevant departments.
- At least 5-6 years of significant retail and management experience.
- Proven leadership abilities and capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong understanding of fashion and product knowledge.
- Experience in aftersales is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Strong focus on client experience and luxury service.
- Diplomatic handling of complex situations.
- Organizational skills with a sense of priorities and leadership.
- Solution-oriented mindset with analytical capabilities.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5-6 years in retail and management roles, preferably within the luxury sector.
