Chanel Makeup Product Manager

- Define and implement local makeup marketing and investment strategies in collaboration with the marketing manager.
- Ensure all campaign launches align with the budget plan.
- Orchestrate new product launch plans with cross-functional teams.
- Manage the regular makeup portfolio and business, including key claims.
- Develop plans to enhance Chanel Makeup's relevancy and credibility.
- Act as a key manager for all makeup events, including shows and podiums.
- Plan, execute, and analyze key learnings from makeup campaigns.
- Serve as a product specialist point of contact for Sales, Training, PR, VM, CRM, and other departments.
- Execute marketing plans for new products.
- Prepare and present new product launch plans to related teams and points of sale.
- Set up campaign strategy and objectives.
- Develop annual sampling and gift plans.
- Manage all aspects of local development, including print production, POS materials, and special events.
- Analyze campaign reports and devise action plans.
- Control campaign budget, including expenses and promotional costs.
- Forecast and manage inventory for makeup products.
- Support major makeup events, such as shows and in-counter displays.
- Analyze and report on makeup market trends and competitors’ activities.
- Support main budget cycles with necessary reports and strategic insights.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetics marketing, preferably with makeup experience in Korean local or international brands with three-axis brands.
- Advanced knowledge of consumer goods marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Proficiency in English and Korean with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of timeline.
- Proactive and creative mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetics marketing, preferably with makeup experience in Korean local or international brands with three-axis brands.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
