Chanel Makeup Industrialization Technician

1. Propose and validate industrialization conditions for new formulas and collections, ensuring compliance with deadlines, manufacturing best practices, and safety guidelines.
2. Identify and evaluate process risks and technical challenges related to technological differentials and scaling, and implement preventive actions considering safety, ergonomics, and industrial performance.
3. Draft trial protocols, conduct manufacturing and shaping, and prepare associated reports.
4. Manage physical flows necessary for transpositions.
5. Perform physico-chemical controls and propose corrective actions if needed.
6. Draft operating procedures and transfer dossiers for the factory with optimized industrialization conditions.
7. Monitor initial industrial manufacturing and shaping on the production site, formalize results, and update dossiers as necessary.
8. Provide technical assistance to the factory for problem resolution.
9. Support continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives.
10. Assist in the management and development of machinery.
11. Contribute to cross-functional projects.

1. Bac + 2/3 in industrial pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, or process engineering.
2. Significant experience in the cosmetics industry.

1. Strong knowledge of anhydrous products, casting, emulsions, manufacturing techniques, packaging, and controls.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, openness, and curiosity.
5. Organized, methodical, and adaptable to project uncertainties.

Significant experience in the cosmetics industry is required.
