Chanel Makeup Industrialization Technician

- Propose and validate industrialization conditions for new formulas, collections, and compliant formulas, ensuring adherence to timelines, manufacturing best practices, and safety guidelines.
- Identify and evaluate process risks and technical challenges related to technological differentials and scaling up, implementing preventive actions considering safety, ergonomics, and industrial performance.
- Draft trial protocols, conduct manufacturing and shaping processes, and compile associated reports.
- Manage physical flows necessary for transpositions.
- Perform physico-chemical controls and suggest corrective actions if necessary.
- Draft operating procedures and transfer dossiers for the factory with optimized industrialization conditions.
- Monitor initial industrial manufacturing and shaping processes on the production site; formalize results and update dossiers as needed.
- Provide technical assistance to the factory for problem resolution.
- Support continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives.
- Assist in the management and development of the machinery park.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in industrial pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, or process engineering.
- Significant experience in the cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in anhydrous products, casting, emulsions, manufacturing techniques, packaging, and controls.
- Strong understanding of equipment and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, open-mindedness, and curiosity.
- Organized and methodical with the ability to adapt to project changes.
Significant experience in the cosmetics industry, particularly with anhydrous products, casting, and emulsions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in industrial pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, or process engineering.
