1. Develop new makeup formulations in response to briefs from the makeup creation studio and international marketing.
2. Conduct formulation trials, including texture and shade range testing, controls, analyses, and associated test requests.
3. Contribute to feasibility analysis as a formulation expert.
4. Monitor project development progress and coordinate with IRD partners and industrial collaborators.
5. Participate in laboratory operations, ensuring quality, safety, hygiene, logistics, and equipment maintenance.
6. Propose new makeup formulation concepts.
7. Conduct studies on identified issues in complexion development, including trial planning, reporting, and result presentation.
8. Offer innovative technical solutions.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Cosmetics, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in makeup formulation and shade creation.

1. Strong interest in cosmetic makeup products and laboratory work.
2. Understanding of manufacturing processes and product sensoriality and color.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
4. Attention to detail and precision.

Previous experience in makeup formulation and shade creation is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Cosmetics, or a related field.
