Chanel Makeup Efficacy Project Coordinator

- Coordinate end-to-end efficacy evaluation projects for makeup products, from protocol design through execution, analysis and reporting.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (R&D, regulatory, marketing) and external partners (clinical labs, consumer panels, contract testing facilities) to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Draft and manage study protocols, consent forms and test specifications; ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines.
- Oversee data collection, perform statistical and sensory analyses, and prepare concise technical and executive reports and presentations.
- Maintain project documentation, track budgets and timelines, and present findings to cross‑functional teams to inform product claims and marketing materials.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (e.g., cosmetic science, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, biomedical engineering) suitable for a work‑study / alternance contract.
- Practical experience via internships, academic projects or laboratory work in cosmetic testing, clinical trials or product evaluation.
- Knowledge of cosmetic efficacy assessment methods (instrumental, clinical scoring, consumer sensory panels) and regulatory considerations for product claims.
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines.

Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in cosmetic science, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, biomedical engineering or a closely related field (work‑study/alternance eligible).
