1. Conduct competitive analysis of rival brand launches.
2. Provide product purchase suggestions to enhance the color team's resources.
3. Organize field days and optimize the color room.
4. Update and maintain the sample library and archive past collections.
5. Manage and track collections, including updating collection files and organizing prototypes.
6. Assist in preparing products for internal presentations, projects, photo shoots, and catalogs.
7. Propose color harmonies and finishes for new products.
8. Input color data and hex codes into Deep and Perfect tools.

1. Scientific education background (Bac+2 equivalent).
2. Previous experience in color-related fields such as cosmetics, art, automotive, or food.

1. Proficiency in social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
2. Passion for digital trends and artistic curiosity.
3. Autonomy, curiosity, and rigor with a proactive approach.
4. Strong organizational skills and discretion.
5. Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Knowledge of the makeup market is advantageous.

A foundational experience in any color-related sector, such as cosmetics, art, automotive, or food, is required.

Scientific education (Bac+2 equivalent).
