- Design and implement an annual coaching plan for Beauty Advisors, Ambassadors, and Sell Out teams to enhance their knowledge and drive Chanel makeup sales.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Retail teams to align coaching strategies with brand objectives and market trends.
- Develop tailored coaching plans for each point of sale, addressing improvement opportunities and commercial goals.
- Conduct personalized and group coaching sessions to reinforce product knowledge, application techniques, and makeup trends.
- Ensure the sales team can deliver a high-level customer experience, accurately conveying the unique values and features of each product.
- Perform interactive and practical coaching at points of sale, encouraging active participation and ensuring knowledge application in real customer scenarios.
- Supervise and evaluate the correct execution of makeup techniques and personalized advice.
- Stay updated on Chanel makeup products, including formulas, textures, benefits, application techniques, and market differentiation.
- Analyze and share industry trends, product innovations, and new application techniques to enhance team expertise.
- Evaluate team knowledge and skills through on-site observations, theoretical tests, and practical exercises.
- Provide structured feedback with specific improvement plans to strengthen skills and knowledge.
- Monitor team progress over time, documenting advancements and identifying new training needs.
- 3-5 years of experience in training and coaching teams in the beauty sector, preferably in makeup.
- Proven sales experience within the cosmetic, luxury, or retail industry.
- Previous experience in talent development and coaching techniques at points of sale.
- Deep knowledge of Chanel makeup, its history, products, and brand values.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying knowledge clearly and engagingly.
- Ability to work with diverse teams, understanding the dynamics of various points of sale and adapting coaching strategies accordingly.
- Leadership and motivational skills, inspiring teams to continuously improve performance.
- Organizational and planning skills to ensure training objectives are met at each point of sale.
- Creativity and pedagogical approach in designing dynamic and innovative coaching sessions.
- Ability to evaluate performance and provide effective feedback with structured improvement plans.
- Adaptability and flexibility to travel and conduct coaching at various points of sale as required by business demands.
- Advanced English proficiency; French is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in training and coaching teams in the beauty sector, preferably in makeup, with proven sales experience in the cosmetic, luxury, or retail industry.
