- Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique journey.
- Deliver an ultimate, warm, and personalized experience to each client.
- Inspire clients' desire for Chanel by combining storytelling with a deep knowledge of the brand's heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
- Provide tailored services to clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
- Understand the brand's digital strategy and market trends to offer a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Co-manage the boutique's upkeep in compliance with established standards.
- Occasionally participate in press relations or internal events of the Maison.
- Contribute to Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets through available levers such as products, services, and data capture.
- Participate in the animation of the point of sale.
- Act as an influencer within the team.
- Propose and creatively implement action plans to achieve various objectives.
- Possess adequate knowledge of diverse procedures.
- Share best practices with the team, be dynamic, and contribute to collective knowledge and skills.
- Professional in sales with a passion for the Parfums Beauté universe.
- Diploma in Makeup or 5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a love for teamwork.
- Proactive with strong listening and adaptability skills in a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong attraction to performance and challenges.
- Sensitivity to fashion and intercultural openness.
- Fluent in English.
5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist or equivalent professional experience in the beauty industry.
Diploma in Makeup or equivalent professional experience.
