1. Create a bespoke Chanel experience for each customer within the boutique.
2. Welcome clients and guide them through a personalized journey in the store.
3. Deliver an ultimate, warm, and tailored experience to every client.
4. Foster clients' desire and dream for Chanel by combining storytelling with a deep knowledge of the brand's heritage, modernity, and expertise.
5. Provide customized services to clients.
6. Develop and maintain client relationships to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
7. Understand the brand's digital strategy and market trends to offer a seamless omnichannel experience.
8. Co-manage the boutique's upkeep in accordance with established standards.
9. Occasionally participate in press or internal events of the Maison.
10. Contribute to Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets using all available resources.
11. Engage in point-of-sale activities.
12. Act as an influencer within the team.
13. Propose and implement creative action plans to achieve various objectives.
14. Possess adequate knowledge of various procedures.
15. Share best practices with the team, be dynamic, and contribute to enhancing collective knowledge and skills.

1. Professional sales experience and passion for the Perfumes Beauté universe.
2. Diploma in Makeup Artistry or 5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and a penchant for teamwork.
2. Proactive with strong listening and adaptability skills in a constantly evolving environment.
3. Strong performance and challenge-oriented mindset.
4. Sensitivity to fashion and openness to intercultural experiences.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist or equivalent professional sales experience in the beauty industry.

Diploma in Makeup Artistry or equivalent experience.
