- Create an exceptional Chanel experience in the boutique.
- Welcome clients and guide them through a personalized journey within the store.
- Deliver a warm, bespoke experience to each client.
- Cultivate clients' desire and dream for Chanel by combining storytelling with a deep knowledge of the brand's heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
- Provide customized services to clients.
- Develop and maintain a client database to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
- Understand the brand's digital strategy and market trends to offer a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Co-manage the boutique's appearance in accordance with established guidelines.
- Occasionally participate in press or internal events of the Maison.
- Drive Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets using all available levers (products, services, data capture, etc.).
- Contribute to the animation of the point of sale.
- Act as an influencer within the team.
- Propose and implement creative action plans to achieve various objectives.
- Possess adequate knowledge of various procedures.
- Share best practices with the team, be dynamic, and contribute to enhancing collective knowledge and skills.
- Professional sales experience with a passion for the Perfumes and Beauty universe.
- Diploma in Makeup Artistry or 5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a penchant for teamwork.
- Proactive with strong listening and adaptability skills in a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong attraction to performance and challenges.
- Sensitivity to fashion and intercultural openness.
- Fluent in English.
5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist or equivalent professional sales experience in the beauty industry.
Diploma in Makeup Artistry or equivalent experience.
