1. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty products and service standards through in-person, virtual, and self-directed e-learning training.
2. Create personalized and transformative customer experiences using CHANEL's experience rituals and internal tools.
3. Share beauty trends and CHANEL makeup techniques with clients to inspire and educate them.
4. Engage and educate clients on the CHANEL product DNA.
5. Achieve sales targets, promote cross-selling, build customer loyalty, recruit new clients, and increase client return rates.
6. Provide a consistent and excellent customer experience.
7. Manage the company's information and communication systems.

1. Eligibility to work in Canada.
2. Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is an asset.

1. High level of professionalism and energy to engage and inspire clients and teammates.
2. Advanced knowledge of detailed makeup artistry and a strong understanding of past and current looks and trends.
3. In-depth knowledge of hairstyling and wardrobe styling is preferred.
4. Ability to lift or carry up to 15 kg.
