1. Create a unique and personalized Chanel experience for each client in the boutique.
2. Welcome clients and guide them through a tailored journey within the store.
3. Deliver an exceptional, warm, and bespoke experience to every client.
4. Inspire clients with the allure and dream of Chanel, combining storytelling with a deep understanding of the brand's heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
5. Provide customized makeup services to clients.
6. Develop and maintain a client database to ensure continued engagement with the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
7. Understand the brand's digital strategy and market trends to offer a seamless omnichannel experience.
8. Co-manage the boutique's upkeep in compliance with established standards.
9. Occasionally participate in press or internal events of the Maison.
10. Drive Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets using all available tools (products, services, data capture, etc.).
11. Contribute to the store's animation and act as an influencer within the team.
12. Propose and creatively implement action plans to achieve various objectives.
13. Possess adequate knowledge of various procedures.
14. Share best practices with the team, be dynamic, and contribute to enhancing collective knowledge and skills.

1. Professional sales experience and passion for the Fragrance and Beauty industry.
2. Diploma in Makeup or 5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
2. Proactive, with strong listening and adaptability skills in a constantly evolving environment.
3. Strong performance and challenge orientation.
4. Sensitivity to fashion and intercultural openness.
5. Fluency in English.

5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist or equivalent professional sales experience in the beauty industry.

Diploma in Makeup or equivalent experience.
