The International Logistics Center for Parfums Beauté, located in Le Meux, plays a crucial role in serving clients globally, dispatching over 13,000 packages daily from its expansive 30,000 square meter facility.

1. Provide daily technical assistance to operators for curative maintenance while adhering to safety protocols.
2. Offer technical explanations and raise awareness among operators during interventions.
3. Identify and propose continuous improvement solutions based on previous interventions across electrical, mechanical, and automation domains.
4. Coordinate with IT teams for seamless operations.
5. Collaborate with suppliers to establish preventive plans and define technical content for maintenance contracts.
6. Organize and monitor maintenance work schedules.
7. Draft and implement control ranges and operational procedures.
8. Maintain equipment dashboards and monthly indicators.
9. Ensure adequate spare parts inventory in collaboration with general services.
10. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in automation.
11. Contribute to the implementation of new equipment projects, from preliminary studies to deployment and commissioning.
12. Engage in the evolution of automatic and robotic equipment through analysis, intervention, and optimization.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+2) in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
2. Significant experience as a maintenance technician with a focus on automation.

1. Proficiency in automation languages such as UNITY, PL7, Step7, TIA Portal.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Pedagogical abilities.
5. Customer service orientation.
6. Team spirit and knowledge-sharing capability.
7. Availability, rigor, organization, and responsiveness.

Significant experience in maintenance within a demanding environment, with a focus on automation.

Advanced degree (Bac+2) in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
