Chanel Maintenance Technician

- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Organize and execute the maintenance plan in collaboration with internal services and external providers.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Optimize maintenance procedures and disseminate them to the technical team, ensuring the effectiveness of modifications.
- Develop and update technical documentation for equipment and train production personnel in preventive maintenance.
- Participate in the transfer project of the packaging activity to Venette, managing preparatory tasks and ensuring safety, quality, and production validation.
- Analyze equipment failures and propose technical solutions to enhance reliability.
- Develop, implement, and improve preventive maintenance procedures.
- Update and manage technical documentation related to equipment.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement plans, creating operational modes.
- Optimize spare parts inventory management, including needs analysis, supply management, and cost reduction.
- Monitor maintenance performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical and Industrial Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or Design and Implementation of Automatic Systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a process industry.
- Strong skills in electrotechnics, mechanics, and automation.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with LEAN management tools and maintenance methods.
- Solution-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to facilitate interactions within the team and with other departments.
- Demonstrates rigor, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a process industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical and Industrial Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or Design and Implementation of Automatic Systems.
