1. Assist daily production by resolving technical issues, analyzing breakdowns, and managing downtime using appropriate tools.
2. Propose and follow up on curative or palliative actions, ensuring the effectiveness of repairs and service restoration.
3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, organizing and executing maintenance plans in collaboration with internal and external partners.
4. Optimize maintenance procedures and disseminate improvements within the technical team, validating the effectiveness of modifications.
5. Develop and update technical documentation for equipment and train production staff in preventive maintenance.
6. Participate in the transfer project of the packaging activity to Venette, handling preparatory projects, studies, and implementation.
7. Organize and supervise external contractors during project phases, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met.
8. Support the ramp-up of production lines, assisting production teams and contributing to necessary documentation creation.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Maintenance with a focus on Automation/Robotics.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical support role within production.

1. Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, automation, robotics, and vision systems.
2. Proficient in SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
4. Ability to analyze and solve problems with a proactive approach.

3 to 5 years of experience in a technical support role within production, with a strong foundation in production tools and safety and quality culture.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Maintenance with a focus on Automation/Robotics.
