Chanel Maintenance Technician

- Provide daily technical support to production by analyzing breakdowns and managing downtime using appropriate tools.
- Propose and follow up on curative or palliative actions and validate the effectiveness of these actions.
- Organize and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in collaboration with internal services and external providers.
- Optimize maintenance procedures and disseminate them to the technical team, ensuring the effectiveness of modifications.
- Develop and update technical documentation for equipment and train production staff in preventive maintenance.
- Manage equipment and industrialization projects for new products, including conducting studies and evaluating necessary resources.
- Participate in the installation of new equipment or products from the study phase to commissioning.
- Create technical, quality, and safety documentation and propose maintenance and control procedures.
- Ensure mastery of new processes or machines through training modules if necessary.
- Lead working groups.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in maintenance with a focus on automation/robotics.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical production support role.
- Strong knowledge of production tools and solid technical foundations in mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, automation, robotics, and vision systems.
- Proven ability to combine rigor and organization with reactivity and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to improvement.
- Proficiency in computer tools such as SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and automation systems.
- Experience with CAD is a plus.
3 to 5 years of experience in a technical production support role, with a strong understanding of production tools and technical foundations in mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, automation, robotics, and vision systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in maintenance with a focus on automation/robotics.
