1. Lead and optimize logistics operations for Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring seamless supply chain performance.
2. Oversee shipment activities, inventory accuracy, and vendor performance.
3. Support strategic decisions through data analysis and reporting.
4. Guarantee timely and compliant logistics operations that uphold Chanel’s standards of excellence.
5. Strengthen partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver superior service levels.
6. Provide actionable insights through KPI analysis to enhance operational performance.
7. Champion process improvements and compliance initiatives to elevate efficiency across the logistics function.

1. University degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics operations or freight forwarding, preferably in luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and MS Office.
2. Knowledge of import/export procedures.
3. Strong problem-solving mindset.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

A minimum of 5 years in logistics operations or freight forwarding, with a preference for experience in luxury retail.

University degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
