Chanel Logistics Project Manager

- Oversee and manage all logistics flows and service providers for the Fashion Division on internal, local, national, and international levels, ensuring compliance with Chanel's standards, including timelines, product integrity, customs and regulatory compliance, security, and communication.
- Develop and implement new logistics processes and KPIs across various activities such as packaging, mail, recycling, transport, and traceability, in line with the brand's growth and continuous improvement goals.
- Adapt logistics solutions to meet the expectations of different departments within the company.
- Coordinate logistics operations for events organized by various departments, such as fashion shows, literary meetings, and photo shoots, ensuring adherence to each event's requirements.
- Initiate new logistics projects to control costs, optimize flow management, and anticipate eco-responsibility standards.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Transport, Supply Chain, or a commercial course with specialization.
- Approximately 3 years of operational experience in transport and customs, with exposure to complex issues in demanding environments.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and situational intelligence.
- Ability to balance rigor with agility in project mode and emergency management.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel and PowerBi.
- Flexibility in work organization according to client imperatives.
Approximately 3 years of operational experience in transport and customs, with exposure to complex issues in demanding environments. Experience in fashion or events is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree +5 in Transport, Supply Chain, or a commercial course with specialization.
