1. Assist technical and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment functionality through curative, preventive, and predictive actions.
2. Serve as the primary contact for operators, ensuring internal client satisfaction while evaluating impacts on activities and maintaining safety standards.
3. Understand logistic flows and interactions with other departments during the project phase.
4. Familiarize with specific logistic equipment and tools, and support deployment phase companies.
5. Participate in equipment testing and reception, gaining familiarity and training with installed equipment.
6. Provide daily technical assistance to operators for curative maintenance actions, adhering to safety regulations.
7. Explain technical interventions to operators and propose continuous improvement solutions.
8. Collaborate with suppliers to establish preventive plans and contribute to maintenance contract technical content.
9. Participate in or execute preventive maintenance tasks, drafting control ranges and operating procedures.
10. Monitor equipment indicators and dashboards, ensuring spare parts stock to maintain equipment sustainability.
11. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in automation, and participate in new equipment projects.
12. Contribute to the evolution of automatic equipment through analysis, intervention, adjustment, and optimization.

1. Higher education degree Bac+2/3 in industrial maintenance.
2. Significant experience as a maintenance technician with a focus on automation in a demanding environment.

1. Proficiency in automation languages such as UNITY, PL7, Step7, TIA Portal.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. Availability, rigor, organization, and responsiveness.
4. Customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.
5. Ability to share knowledge effectively.
6. Proficiency in English for technical documentation and communication with foreign suppliers.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Pedagogical abilities.

Significant experience in maintenance within an industrial setting, with a focus on automation.

Higher education degree Bac+2/3 in industrial maintenance.
