1. Provide IT support for logistics operations at the International Logistics Center.
2. Analyze and resolve IT incidents, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
3. Advise and assist operational teams with IT solutions in collaboration with technical and group IT teams.
4. Promote and manage the use of anomaly management and evolution request systems.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing malfunctions and participating in preliminary studies.
6. Draft technical-functional specifications for development requests to service providers.
7. Develop test plans and conduct integration and performance tests to qualify developments/systems.
8. Support all testing phases, including production deployment during evenings and weekends.
9. Propose improvement strategies aligned with the Center's objectives.
10. Create IT support documents and share best practices.
11. Provide methodological support to internal users and conduct training on IT processes, procedures, and tools.
12. Monitor information systems, analyze KPIs, and communicate findings to alert stakeholders as needed.
13. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the distribution information system constellation, including transport interfaces.
14. Participate in preventive maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
15. Conduct tests to ensure the site's business continuity plan.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a logistics or industrial site.

1. Strong knowledge of network systems and information systems, including WCS and WMS.
2. Proficiency in SQL and Oracle.
3. Excellent service orientation, reactivity, and availability.
4. Ability to mobilize various stakeholders and work cooperatively.
5. Strong situational and relational intelligence with effective communication and pedagogical skills.
6. Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
7. Fluent in business and technical English.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a logistics or industrial environment, with significant exposure to IT systems.

Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, specializing in Information Systems.
