Chanel Logistics IT Support Engineer

- Provide IT support for logistics operations at the International Logistics Center.
- Analyze and resolve IT incidents, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Advise and assist operational teams with IT solutions in collaboration with technical and group IT teams.
- Promote and manage the use of anomaly management and evolution request systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing malfunctions and participating in preliminary studies.
- Draft technical-functional specifications for development requests to service providers.
- Develop test plans and conduct integration and performance tests to qualify developments/systems.
- Support all testing phases, including production deployment during evenings and weekends.
- Propose improvement strategies aligned with the Center's objectives.
- Create IT support documents and share best practices.
- Provide methodological support to internal users and conduct training on IT processes, procedures, and tools.
- Monitor information systems, analyze KPIs, and communicate findings to alert stakeholders as needed.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the distribution information system constellation, including transport interfaces.
- Participate in preventive maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct tests to ensure the site's business continuity plan.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a logistics or industrial site.
- Strong knowledge of network systems and information systems, including WCS and WMS.
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle.
- Excellent service orientation, reactivity, and availability.
- Ability to mobilize various stakeholders and work cooperatively.
- Strong situational and relational intelligence with effective communication and pedagogical skills.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
- Fluent in business and technical English.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a logistics or industrial environment, with significant exposure to IT systems.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, specializing in Information Systems.
