1. Coordinate customs clearance for Travel Retail market by recording in ERP based on DFS.
2. Review purchase and wholesale prices regularly to ensure alignment with agreed margin rates.
3. Manage stock in Travel Retail POS to synchronize with DFO’s ERP inventory.
4. Book duty bill costs for cost allocation by reviewing costs related to customs clearance for local shipments.
5. Register shipments in ERP system with details such as commodity code, product details, and shipment schedule.
6. Execute interface sales orders to TR counters for goods receipt in POS.
7. Manage inventory in back-end POS regarding credit notes for FAWFJ return and destruction of goods.
8. Report mis-delivery and handle irregularities in F&BP shipments with regularization documents for customs clearance.
9. Collect documentary evidence for AR from DFS and file claim letters for discrepancies.
10. Manage local operations of country of origin mark for imports in local and TR market.
11. Post duty bills for imported shipments and journalize expenses for shipments without duty bills.
12. Perform ad-hoc operations for data and cost management for imported goods.

1. University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Trade.

1. Proficient in logistics processes and coordination with carriers and freight forwarders.
2. Strong financial acumen.
3. Proactive problem-solving attitude.
4. Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in importing or logistics is preferred.

University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Trade.
