1. Analyze and monitor transport KPIs and associated issues.
2. Implement processes related to product development.
3. Assist teams during annual inventories, analyze and update processes.
4. Support the transition to a new ERP system.
5. Draft and update operational flow procedures.
6. Propose improvements for continuous process enhancement.
7. Provide operational support as needed.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in logistics, administration, or transport.
2. Professional proficiency in English.
3. Strong knowledge of Excel.
4. Interest in the jewelry industry.
5. Experience with ERP software is a plus.
