Chanel Les Atelier Ambassador

- Act as the in-store ambassador for Chanel Les Ateliers, delivering tailored, high‑touch atelier experiences to VIP and walk-in clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients through personalised clienteling, follow-up and bespoke service offerings.
- Host and manage private appointments, product demonstrations and on-site atelier consultations with impeccable attention to detail.
- Drive sales performance by converting appointments into purchases and meeting individual and store KPIs.
- Collaborate with boutique teams—sales, visual merchandising and store management—to ensure consistent brand presentation and service standards.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge across fragrance, beauty and Les Ateliers services to provide expert advice and storytelling.
- Accurately record client interactions and preferences in the CRM to support retention and targeted outreach.
- Assist in localised events and activations, representing the brand with professional discretion and polished presentation.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality or client-facing roles with a strong emphasis on personalised service.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships and to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional presence appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Minimum 2 years of direct experience in luxury retail, hospitality or a client-facing role where personalised service and sales conversion are primary responsibilities; experience with beauty or fragrance brands is an advantage.
High school diploma required; tertiary education in hospitality, marketing, fashion or a related field is preferred.
