1. Participate in drafting, analyzing, negotiating, and monitoring various commercial contracts in both French and English, including contracts for Indirect Procurement and confidentiality agreements.
2. Draft legal correspondence, memos, meeting notes, and other documentation.
3. Assist and coordinate with internal and external operational and commercial stakeholders.
4. Conduct legal research and maintain legal vigilance.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal practices and processes.
6. Assist with any other tasks within the Legal Department.

1. Enrollment in a relevant legal program or recent graduate.
2. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

1. Strong analytical and drafting skills.
2. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
3. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Previous experience in a legal setting or internship in a similar role is preferred.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law.
