1. Draft, analyze, negotiate, and monitor various commercial contracts in French and English, including indirect procurement contracts and confidentiality agreements.
2. Prepare real estate legal documents such as leases, sublease agreements, terminations, and protocols.
3. Compose legal correspondence, memos, meeting notes, and reports.
4. Assist and coordinate with internal and external operational and commercial stakeholders.
5. Conduct legal research and maintain legal vigilance.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal practices and processes.
7. Support other tasks within the department as required.

1. Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 equivalent).
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department (internship, professional contract, etc.).
3. Proficiency in real estate law, contract law, obligations law, and commercial law.

1. Excellent drafting, organizational, and meticulousness skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, responsiveness, autonomy, and teamwork capability.
3. Dynamic, committed, agile, and service-oriented.
4. Fluency in English is essential.

Previous experience in a legal setting, either in a law firm or corporate legal department, is required.

Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 equivalent).
