1. Conduct legal research and monitoring across various legal domains, excluding social and tax law.
2. Draft contracts for Maisons d’Art and Manufactures, including service agreements, subcontracting contracts, purchase agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
3. Contribute to GDPR and compliance procedure monitoring.
4. Assist in drafting corporate law documents and developing corporate law synthesis tools.
5. Prepare legal presentations and training materials.
6. Update legal databases.

1. Enrolled in a Master 2 program specializing in Business Law, DJCE, or a dual degree with a Business School.
2. Previous successful experience in a law firm or corporate setting.

1. Strong legal research and drafting skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. High level of proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
4. Proficient in using IT tools and legal databases.

Previous successful experience in a law firm or corporate setting is required.

Master 2 in Business Law or equivalent.
