1. Draft, analyze, negotiate, and monitor various commercial contracts in both French and English, including contracts for Indirect Procurement and confidentiality agreements.
2. Assist in drafting real estate legal documents such as leases, sublease agreements, notices, and termination protocols.
3. Prepare legal correspondence, memos, meeting notes, and other legal documentation.
4. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external operational and commercial stakeholders.
5. Conduct legal research and maintain legal vigilance.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal practices and processes.
7. Provide assistance on other matters within the Department's scope.

1. Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 or equivalent).
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably through internships or professional contracts.

1. Strong drafting and organizational skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in English is essential.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Dynamic, committed, agile, and service-oriented.

A successful initial experience in real estate law, contract law, obligations law, and/or commercial law is required.

Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 or equivalent).
