1. Draft, analyze, negotiate, and monitor various commercial contracts in both French and English, including indirect procurement contracts and confidentiality agreements.
2. Contribute to the drafting of real estate legal documents, such as leases, sublease agreements, terminations, and protocols.
3. Prepare legal correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, and reports.
4. Assist and coordinate with internal and external operational and commercial stakeholders.
5. Conduct legal research and maintain legal watch.
6. Participate in the continuous improvement of legal practices and processes.
7. Support other tasks within the Corporate, Real Estate, Compliance & IT/Digital Department.

1. Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 or equivalent).
2. Previous successful experience in a law firm or corporate legal department (internship, professional contract, etc.).
3. Proficiency in real estate law, contract law, obligations law, and commercial law.

5. Fluency in English is essential.

Previous experience in a legal setting, either in a law firm or corporate legal department, is required.

Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 or equivalent).
